ACTION Wyoming is responding to the senseless violence that has taken place recently in our city.
On October 21st, in Wyoming’s Chief Carmody conference room, a group of community, faith-based and agency leaders were discussing and collaborating ways to reduce student violence in our community. Seven Wyoming police cars speeding out of the police headquarters driveway interrupted us. Chief Carmody said, “it is either a robbery or a shooting” and had to leave immediately.
